2019 BioNTech patent admits: mRNA jabs unsuitable as pharmaceutical product because toxic, unstable

Biochemist Gabriele Segalla explains that the lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) of the Pfizer/BioNTech jabs contain the ingredient ALC-0315. These positively charged particles are essential: without them, the LNPs cannot be made..

BioNTech filed for a patent in 2013, which was granted and published on Nov 26, 2019. See:

RNA Formulation for Immunotherapy. US Patent 10,485,884

The patent uses no page numbers, but the columns of the text (which starts after the figures) *are* numbered. Column 2 says, “Unfortunately, for positively charged liposomes and lipoplexes ELEVATED TOXICITY has been reported, which can be a PROBLEM FOR THE APPLICATION OF SUCH PREPARATIONS AS PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS.” (Emphasis mine.)

In addition, if you add a buffer solution to these particles, they will become unstable (technical term: decreased Zeta potential) and form larger particles. See column 45 of the mentioned patent: “In PBS buffer, the same effect is more prominent. Lipoplexes with a positive or neutral charge ratio form larger particles.”

In column 44 it says, “The use of [a] buffer which is often necessary for pharmaceutical applications and ions can lead to aggregation of lipoplexes which makes them UNSUITABLE FOR PARENTERAL APPLICATION TO PATIENTS.” (Emphasis mine.)

NB: ‘Parenteral’ means administered in any other way than through the digestive tract, for example by injection into a muscle.

From 6:45 in this video, Mr. Segalla explains that mRNA-based compositions should NOT contain ionic buffers such as PBS, ionic compounds such as such chloride and should NOT be injected into a muscle (because that would be harmful to the injected person’s health).

NB: The patent does not say this literally, but it seems a correct interpretation of what the patent *does* say.

In reality, the jabs DO/DID contain the ionic buffer PBS (Phosphate Buffer Saline; later substituted by TRIS), they ARE mixed with sodium chloride, and they ARE injected into muscles. In spite of all this, the jabs have still been authorized for mass injection into humans by all medicines agencies worldwide.

From about 10:30, Mr. Segalla summarizes which diseases that can plausible result if this product is injected anyway. This text is neither in patent nor in his scientific article (see reference section below).
