When Police Find Out Her License Is Suspended, She Loses It

On February 13, 2022, Officer Vittetoe conducted a traffic stop on a grey Dodge Charger after a check came back showing the vehicle had no valid insurance. The driver stated she did not have any ID on her, but she provided her name. Officer Vittetoe checked her information and learned that the driver's license had been suspected for Failure to Appear. He returned to the vehicle and asked the driver to step out. Officer McDonald arrived, and they attempted to place the woman into handcuffs, but she began to resist their efforts.
