Can't Pay, Won't Pay: Sheffield Says NO to CAZ. #jointhefightback

Tim and Wes doing Banner drops in Sheffield, Saturday 11th 1pm onwards. Out fighting against Sheffield Council and their CAZ scheme. Reaction from motorists were nearly all against the Clean Air Zone scheme being implemented.
