1 1/2 cups heavy cream, (or full fat coconut milk if dairy free)
▢1 1/2 cups any unsweetened nut milk, (or low fat coconut milk)
▢3 scoops Equip Peanut Butter Beef Protein Powder
▢4 tablespoons sugar(sweetener of choice)
▢1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
