Police harassing me twice in the same day pt 2

As I am walking home from exercising on 10/07/2023 the Sheriff pulls up with sirens on and then parks his car at a distance from myself making a silent statement. In order for me to upload these videos I had to screen record because the FBI/CIA are in my phone.
