Niles Gardiner tells John Solomon and Amanda Head that England's latest notice of No Confidence against Prime Minister Rishi Sunak could lead to leadership changes, calling it "the beginning of a rebellion". Gardiner added that many conservative MPs are disappointed in the Prime Minister's decision to fire Interior Minister Suella Braverman and replace her with David Cameron.
