11-13-2023 - Deut 7-9 Verse of the day - Assignment - Read the Gospel of John

This is the second day of the week, the 13th day of the 11th month of the year 2023.
Deuteronomy Chapter 7 verse 9 Verse of the day.
Deu 7:9  Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; 

As usual, turn my ramblings down, get quiet, get with God, and get into your verse of the day in context, going as far forward and back as one is led to go to understand the totality of what is written.

Assignment - Read the Gospel of John.
I know not when I will be led to start in on the words of Jesus Christ in earnest directly from the Gospels and various other letters and books.
I know it is not at this moment though.
So lets get quiet and read through the Gospel of John if you are led to do so, or if you are brand new to all of this or if you are just getting back into it from a slide down those oh so slippery slopes mankind tends to attempt to rest our "laurels" upon (all of my fingers are pointing at my own "laurels" here LOL).
