9-year-old boy led away in handcuffs after his arrest at elementary school

Franklin police were called to Needham Elementary School after the chief says a 9-year-old boy battered another student and two teachers. The boy was arrested and led away in handcuffs. His father videotaped the whole thing and just posted it on social media.
