The Dead Head Council is a personal piece. Celebrating another year's October and soon Halloween. This time-lapse process shows the progression of my digital painting from (almost) start to finish. The idea came to me when working on another project having to do with heads impaled onto a shield, and joking about how they could take and provide advice to the welder. Happy Halloween, enjoy!
