Unreliable Otis Modded 1969 Otis Traction Elevator at Belk SouthPark Mall (Charlotte, NC)

I cannot tell if this is a Gen2 Mod or Elevonic R mod, but I heard it's a Gen2 mod.

This elevator is SUPER UNRELIABLE! It took 2 minutes to arrive after I called it and even then, the mod is nothing good besides the EPCO Lanterns, which is the only cool feature of the mod. Safe to say I don't like this mod one bit and is my 2nd least favorite here, but still better than Dick's 330TinCAn.
