Hernias - abdominal, inguinal (groin), hiatal (stomach & diaphragm).
I have developed a breathing exercise to cure the latter IF not too large.
Had a sliding hiatal hernia and cured it with my method. Has never bothered me again, after only using it a few times, although also doing it once per year.
