Mom has used the "Chicken" Beer for roast chickens & figured a turkey is just a Great Dane size Chicken...lol It required a little trimming of the cavity & some balancing on the beer holder & a really solid roasting pan but once Turkey was in the oven, it browned & roasted up beautifully. Vertical roasting allows all sides of the birdie to brown with tender & moist meat. Chef Maddie & Mom are in for another Fa La La La La Beer Can turkey.
