Welcome to the Mothership! It's officially Octoberfest, and we are celebrating. Today were cooking up a wienerschnitzel (veal), spaetzel (egg dumpling/noodles), and speckbohnen (green beans and prosciutto). Grab a stein and join in!

Wienerschnitzel:
1 Lb Veal Cutlets
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
1 Cup Fine Breadcrumbs
Beef Tallow (frying fat)

Spaetzel:
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Water
Butter (to keep from sticking)

Speckbohnen:
1/4 Onion (minced)
Prosciutto
Green Beans
