I interview Raenn Kay who around 2 years ago was regressing due to severe MS so badly that she was told by her doctors to start getting her affairs in order and that she was about to have the last Christmas with her children. During her regression she was on a mostly plant based diet and was either unable to walk or only on crutches, was in constant pain, and was mostly unable to function.
She then decided to go full carnivore. Meaning she started eating only meat and animal products. Within weeks she got off her medication and nearly all her symptoms improved drastically.
She's now doing better than ever and keeps constantly improving.
