Are ozone saunas useless?

Does heat destroy all the ozone inside the sauna where it converts to O2 and makes the whole thing basically useless?

Not really. In this video I explain why not. #1: Not all of the ozone gets destroyed immediately. It takes some time. #2: You constantly supply more ozone. So some is broken down, but new ozone comes in all the time.
#3: The relatively high flow of the ozone/oxygen mix makes sure there is still plenty of ozone.
