Conspiracy conviction upheld in Richmond Hill explosion case

The State Court of Appeals has upheld the conspiracy conviction of Mark Leonard. The court ruled evidence that proved Leonard's efforts to get a witness killed were not obtained in violation of his rights to legal counsel. The 2012 gas explosion in Richmond Hill killed two people.
