New bistro in Overland Park run by high school students

It’s one of the new premiere restaurants in the KC metro. Chef Jonathan Dallen is one of the cooks in charge. He’s been in the food industry for nearly 20 years. After studying the culinary arts and working around the country, his travels brought him back home to Shawnee to start Broadmoor Bistro, which is run by high school students in the Shawnee Mission School District.
