Victoria's Multicultural Shame has been on display with the West Bank conflict coming onto the streets of Melbourne. The Spread of the Clash of Civilizations on Tim's News Explosion.

On Friday night Pro-Palestine activists staged a protest in Caulfield in the heart of Melbourne’s Jewbelt with local Jewish residents coming onto the streets as well. The protest was triggered by an arson attack on a Burgertory restaurant in the suburb. Its CEO Hash Tayeh is a pro-Palestinian activist and told people not to protest in Caulfield. Victoria Police said they were confident the arson attack was not racially motivated. The Free Palestine Melbourne apologised to the Jewish community for the protest as a synagogue was evacuated.

Premier Jacinta Allan and Opposition Leader John Pesutto released statements condemning the Caulfield protests claiming it was at odds with Victoria being a proudly multicultural state with diversity as our strength. The Victoria Liberals want the Allan Government to reintroduce move-on laws. NSW Premier Chris Minns wants stronger anti-vilification laws in response to recent pro-Palestine protests decrying the lack of successful prosecutions under existing laws.

Despite signs at pro-Palestine protests calling for the dissolution of Israel some local media still believe the National Socialist Network (NSN) is the biggest threat to the Jewish community. Antifa put out a community safety alert because NSN members were on their way to the Shrine for Remembrance Day.

Kmart has withdrawn a Merry Ham-mas bag after a complaint from the Australian Jewish Association. Foreign Minister Penny Wong said she would welcome progress towards a ceasefire. Israel is currently playing into Hamas’s hands by killing Gaza residents Hamas is using as human shields with their airstrikes. Saudi Arabia is hosting a Gaza Summit with other Arab nations and their geopolitical rival Iran.

Airbus Albo’s next stop was to the Cook Islands for the Pacific Islands Forum. There he signed the Falepili Union with the island of Tuvalu where Australia will take climate refugees in exchange for having a veto over any of their foreign relations agreements.

The High Court ruled against indefinite immigration detention, the lead plaintiff was a Rohingya Muslim who raped a 10-year-old boy and will now be released into the community. The Albanese Government has delayed introducing its mis/disinformation bill as there were no exemptions for religious belief.

Optus has confirmed a routine software upgrade was the cause of the 14-hour national phone and internet outage last Wednesday. Optus CEO Kelly Bayer Rosmarin mocked a barber for being unable to perform haircuts because its EFTPOS was down due to the Optus outage.

Tommy Robinson and other EDL supporters had to push through Met Police lines to make it to the Cenotaph for 2 minutes of silence in London on Armistice Day. They attended to protect the Cenotaph from potential vandalism from pro-Palestinian rally attendees. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak condemned both groups that gathered in London. Sunak has sacked his Home Secretary Suella Braverman after she called the pro-Palestinan rallies hate marches and accused the Met Police of selective policing. In the US Republican Presidential nomination contest, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott has dropped out. In the most recent debate, Vivek Ramaswamy labelled former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley Dick Cheney in heels Ohio voters passed issue 1 which enshrines abortion up until birth in the state’s constitution.
