CHALLENGING?

On our research days, Daniel and I are guided to go to certain places where we find the energy spots we use to create our courses. It is always a surprise to where we will be guided, often to high places on the walls of the Sedona Red Rock canyons. The following short video gives an impression of our hike of today. Not all hikes are like this, fortunately 🙂
