poultry and meats such as duck, goose, or pork.

A medicine cabinet inside of your pantry.
Eggs It isn’t too late to stock up on a
few hens for your homestead.
But if you live in the city, you need to
invest in some freeze-dried eggs.
Eggs are little powerhouses themselves.
One egg has 6 grams of protein, with all nine
essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein.
That’s important because those are the ones your body can’t make itself.
For a person weighing 170 pounds to maintain their body
weight and muscle during a starvation period, They would need
to eat at least. 2 large eggs for breakfast (12
grams of protein) 1 chicken breast for lunch
(54 grams of protein) 1 ounce of almonds as a
snack (6 grams of protein) Which would give them 72 grams of protein.
They would still need to find an additional 28 grams
of protein to reach their goal of 100 grams.
Which means they need to find some more protein?
Got eggs? Do you have a full pantry?
What was the Minnesota Starvation Experiment?
Could you survive on around 1800 calories per day?
At the end of Nine Months, they looked like they
had been in a concentration camp, but they had all
the freedom they wanted. They even took to cutting
themselves because of poor nutrition.
We should all take a better look at our pantries,
especially for better mental health.
