Woman carjacks cab, cuts driver with box cutter in Scottsdale, police say

he incident happened around 5:30 a.m. at the Fry's Food store near 60th Street and Thomas Road. Police say the female victim in the Yellow Cab received a minor cut injury caused by the female suspect.
