A major victory for the 𝗽𝗿𝗼-𝗴𝘂𝗻 rights side has come to pass.

A federal judge rules New York City can't deny gun licenses based on an applicant's "moral character."

Specifically, a federal judge ruled that the laws putting onerous restrictions on gun licensing are unconstitutional.

Following the Bruen decision, New York passed laws allowing the state to deny gun licenses if an applicant had "bad moral character."

However, a federal judge has ruled this is unconstitutional.
