BLUE STAR DONATIONS: PARTNERSHIP OF INVESTMENTS

​ADNOC Drilling and ​Alpha Dhabi have entered into a strategic partnership to collectively invest up to $1.5 billion in acquiring technology-enabled companies within the ​energy and ​oilfield services sector. The aim of this collaboration is to leverage the combined expertise of both entities to identify and acquire businesses that are equipped with technology-driven solutions and capabilities in the energy and oilfield services space.
