Rectal insufflations - Risks and Complications - NOW WITH BETTER AUDIO!!

- We don’t know the influence of the rectal ozone insufflations on the gut biome. It is possible that once it is disturbed that it can’t be repopulated with good bacteria back to a healthy state. There are no long term studies on the subject.

- In rare cases where the colon wall of the patient is extremely weak, RI can lead to colon rupture.

- For women: best is go for vaginal insufflations first. There is no mess, no dealing with feces, no risk of rupturing anything, and it can offer a better saturation of the colon and possibly also a better systemic treatment through the lymphatic system

- For men: try a combination of drinking O3 water, Homozon or Oxy-Powder, and cupping while in the ozone sauna.
