Facebook/Mets/IG is testing a new way to get a blue check on your account.😓 @liquidityandliquor
It’s called Meta Verified and it costs $12 or $15 a month1. Is it worth it? Here are some pros and cons.
Pros:
- You get more credibility and authority on the platform
- You get more visibility and protection for your brand
- You get access to exclusive features and support
Cons:
- It could create a divide between verified and non-verified users
- It could make people lose trust or respect for you if they know you paid for your badge
- It could be a waste of money
So, what do you think? Would you pay for a blue check?
Let’s hash it out in the comments below.
