This is day 4 of our leg day journey of getting thick with a nice physique, slim waist, and curvy body.
would you want a nice fit body? do you want your body to be outlined with an hourglass shape, curvy, thick, all while maintaining a small upperbody!!!! These workouts are beginner friendly, meaning almost anyone can do them achieving their dream body with my custom plans. Some workouts are bodyweight only and some are with weights to give you the best of both worlds gaining strength but still maintaining being toned.
