Australia's FM lauds 'foresight' in Tuvalu pact

Australia's Foreign Minister Penny Wong touted a new security and climate pact with the central Pacific island of Tuvalu on Sunday (November 12), and said it showed Australia understands it has to work harder to be "a partner of choice", as it seeks to counter China's influence in the Pacific.
