Spanish Minister Calls for Permanent Cutting of Ties to Israel

Ione Belarraa, Spanish Minister of Social Rights and the 2030 Agenda:

My question is... why the fuck would an Agenda 2030 operative say this?
Is she unaware of what Agenda 2030 is? Why is she being based? Im confused.
