A fire broke out at the Tambov Powder Plant in Russia. Local telegram channels report that an explosion was heard shortly before the fire.

It was also loud in the city of Kolomna, Moscow region. There, a drone was allegedly shot down that was trying to attack a mechanical engineering design bureau.
