I found this video on the "healthbot" channel on TikTok. The healthbot TikTok channel is much like my Rumble channel as videos are shared there from various sources, the difference between the two channels being that the healthbot TikTok channel is focused on solely health issues.
This video is aimed at the European audience, but the point is important worldwide.
