Michael Irvin from the American Football team Dallas Cowboys decided to call out his son Elijah for rapping about a childhood he did not grow up in.

Michael Irvin was talking on the talk show undisputed by Skip Bayless while discussing about Ja Morant. Michael also talked about his son Elijah, who is a rapper named Tut Tarantino.
Elijah raps about having a life he didn't grow up in, and Michael called him out for lying about his upbringing.
Michael explains that he had grown up in a bad environment, and he worked hard to get away from that. Now, his son is doing the exact opposite, glorifying that lifestyle.

That was not the first time Michael called out his son for that. In 2019 on the Dan Patrick Show, Michael mentions that his son raps about the hardest lifestyle, when he actually grew up in a 20,000 gated community.
Elijah has made rap songs such as Hit pt 2, back Then, and Never Get Full, which doesn't match his actual life.
If Elijah rapped about how successful he is now, it'd make sense, but the fake persona hip hop rappers are trying to portray is not a positive image for fans.
