Update Nov, 2023: This is a backup from Youtube, since they announced that they will be censoring all ozone therapy related videos.
____________
Humidification is typically used during ozone insufflations.

There are rectal, vaginal, and ear insufflations.

The rectum and colon are naturally moist, so there is no need to humidify ozone.

The vagina is also another naturally moist cavity. Ozone can stimulate the natural secretions in that area which also makes humidification of ozone not necessary. Exception are long-term insufflations of more than 30 minutes.

Ears produce a waxy/oily substance which repel water. Water and oil are not a good combination. A better solution to achieve low concentrations of ozone during ear insufflations is the use of a syringe.
