Are Fantasy, Faith and Physics Separate or Entangled because Scholars are Confused after Mudfossils

Mudfossils showed we are very wrong about what we once considered Fantasy.
We always considered Faith to be independent from facts but Mudfossils shows that is not the case.
Physics has been the realm of Conjecture and guesses and Fantasy and has always been considered (by the public) as factual but that now is shown very clearly to be wrong.
I say we have Fantasy and Faith and Physics backwards and I would like to know your opinion??????
