Shingles (Herpes Zoster) Gone in 2 Months - Leo's OZONE and PALEO Success (1/2)

leonardo talks about how he successfully treated what looked like a pretty vicious bout of herpes zoster / shingles. for around 2 months he did 2 - 3x/ week ozone saunas and direct ozone IV's and breathing ozone bubbled through olive oil. he also changed his diet to the mostly paleolithic diet (although he does eat dairy as well). at some point he was so sick he could barely leave the house, now he's so busy it's difficult to get hold of him :-) ... thankfully he agreed to do this video, so hopefully others can benefit from it ...
a few points:
- leonardo is way ahead of us, since he says at some point "we have march now" ... although we shot the video today, feb 23rd ;-) , just for clarification purposes
- also: coconut oil is a saturated fat, contrary to what he says in the video
