PLAYABLE NPC Clothing - FINALLY! With Mysterious LAYERED TEE | Starfield Mods

Progress! It just keeps getting better with "PLAYABLE" Civilian Clothing allowing the character to wear the same type of unique clothing that NPCs have. We don't know why the character wasn't allowed to wear these by default, but here it is now.
