Shoulder “Pinching?” It’s Impingement Syndrome! Do This!
Impingement Syndrome is one of the most common shoulder issues that people suffer from. Driving, working on the computer, and reading may cause the rotator cuff muscles to spasm and cramp. Inflammation in this area also may contribute to this problem and leave only a small space for the rotator cuff muscles to perform their duties. As a result, when you raise your arm above horizontal, the rotator cuff becomes “Impinged” or “Pinched” between the two bony structures of the upper arm and shoulder bones. Add this technique for relief and restore range of motion.
