Man sentenced to 6 years in prison for brutally beating girlfriend, trying to rip her tongue out

An Indianapolis man was sentenced Wednesday to six years in prison for a 2016 assault in which he brutally beat his girlfriend. Ryan Cameron, 27, was arrested in 2016 on allegations he attacked his girlfriend, Carleigh Hager, following an argument at a wedding.
