- Onion
- Hing

- Carrom seeds
- Coriander powder

- Salt
- Turmeric powder

For Gravy :
-1 tsp Oil
-2 Clove
-1 Cardamoms
-1 Bay Leaf
-1/4 Asafoetida
-2 Finely chopped Onions
-3 tsp Grinded Masala
-1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
-1 tsp Red chilli Powder
-1 tsp Coriander Powder
-2 Tomato puree
- Salt to taste
-1 tsp Garam Masala
-Water
-Coriander Leaves
