Dangerous stretch of road in Boone County to get facelift

The owners of Granny's Garden say they sold three of their 40 acres to the state so it can make a dangerous stretch of two-lane Ky. 237 safer. Officials say they will take out sharp curves, hills and valleys in an effort to reduce accidents. Work is scheduled to begin in the spring.
