Norse Mythology - Berzerkers

Beserkers: The Vikings had a special class of warriors known as berserkers. These warriors were known for their incredible ferocity in battle and were said to enter a trance-like state, often attributed to the consumption of hallucinogenic substances or a religious fervor. They fought without armor, wearing only bear or wolf skins, and were often described as being impervious to pain and possessing superhuman strength.
