Spondylolisthesis is a condition in which the vertebra above has “Slipped forward” due to a pars defect. This can be congenital or caused by trauma. Symptoms include low back pain that may be persistent including pain in the glutes and thighs. Standing and lumbar extension may exacerbate the condition. Add these exercises for relief.
