Low back and hip pain are often caused by Psoas tightness. A condition called Iliopsoas syndrome is often missed or misdiagnosed and is characterized by Psoas muscle and iliacus muscle tightness, shortening or spasm with resultant hip pain, low back pain, and radiating pain into the back of the leg, front of the thigh, groin and/or knee.

In a prior video I demonstrated two stretches for Iliopsoas syndrome. This video follows up with a third easy stretch to relieve Psoas and iliacus tightness and stop low back and hip pain.
