If its not one thing its another. Freeze dryer broken AGAIN!!

If it's not one thing, it's another freeze dryer broken AGAIN!! This time, it melted the wires on the back of the shelving tray. And I had to call Harvest Right for a new plug.
It took two weeks to get the plug. It was not the most straightforward to replace. But we got it done, and she is back up and running. I have had this freezer dryer since June of 2020. This has been my most significant breakdown. And it almost made me not want the machine anymore. But! We are all better now. LOL!
