Cheesy Grits with Shrimp in Red Pepper and Tomato Sauce

Pepper and tomato sauce goes well together with shrimp and grits. Add onion and garlic in the sauce to add more flavor and sweetness. Serve it on grits and you have a perfect comfort food.

Ingredients
For Shrimp:
- 1 lbs Shrimp
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 large onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- red pepper flakes - optional
- salt and pepper to taste
For Grits:
- 4 cups of water plus more when grits starts getting too thick
- 1 cup old fashioned grits (not the quick cooking)
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 oz cheddar (or more if you'd like)
- 0.5 oz parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
