Popping/Snapping shoulder is caused by a myriad of issues. The most common reason we see this occurring is due to our poor postures we’ve adapted to. Rolled shoulders weaken the rotator cuff muscles and place the head of the humerus in a compromised position in the shoulder socket. This in turn causes the popping and snapping sounds and sensations as the head of the humerus hits the other structures of the shoulder.
