Low Calorie High Protein Pasta Chicken Mushroom Zucchini Orecchiette

Surprisingly light and creamy, this pasta dish with mushroom, zucchini and chicken packs lots of protein and is low in calories - below 500 per serving! Mushroom and zucchini add more volume to pasta and make it more filling where chicken adds extra protein. Great low calorie high protein meal for lunch or dinner

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 9 oz (250 g) Mushroom
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 slices of bacon
- 8 oz of dark meat chicken
- 1 tsp of all purpose flour
- 3 oz Half and Half (or heavy whipping cream)
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 oz of Orecchiette pasta (or any other pasta)
