Healthy Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Cream Cheese

Smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese is a great low calorie and high protein lunch or breakfast idea. It is light, healthy and satisfying. You can serve it on a bagel or a lower calorie bread. Smoked salmon sandwich pairs very well with cream cheese and tomato. This meal is quick and easy.

Ingredients
- bagel or bread of your choice (I usually use Sprouted Seven Grain bread that has only 60 calories per slice and 6 grams of protein - I use 2 slices)
- 1 oz of cream cheese
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- medium tomato
- 2 oz cucumber
- 0.5 oz of red onion
- Arugula or Mixed Green Lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Calories for whole recipe with 2 slices of seven grain bread: 325
Total fat: 10 g
Total Carbohydrates: 28 g
Protein: 22 g
