Healthy Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese - High Protein Low Calories

This recipe for Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese is healthy and has more protein and less calories than the beef version. Turkey is considered a healthy option for meat. Even though this option is healthy it does not lack any flavor.

Ingredients for Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese
- 35 oz Roma tomatoes
- 30 oz onion
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tbs tomato concentrate
- 3 slices of bacon
- 24 oz ground turkey
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
You can also add red pepper flakes if you like your dish spicy

You can serve it with zoodles (zucchini noodles) to make a meal under 500 calories
