Berry Crumble with Frozen Berries | Low Calorie Desserts

This Berry Crumble with Vanilla ice cream can be included in low calorie desserts category. I made it with frozen berries by defrosting them a night ahead in the fridge. The recipe has minimal amount of sugar (you can change that if you want to). This Berry Crumble is a very good and rather healthy dessert. I replaced part of flour with oats and limited sugar. Once you get the crumble out of the oven it will be very runny because I do not add any cornstarch. When you let it sit for 25 minutes the juices will thicken.

Ingredients
- 820 g Frozen Mixed Berries
- 1 cup oats
- 2.5 oz while flour
- 1 oz brown sugar
- 1.5 oz sugar
- 2 oz (4 tbs) butter
