Healthy Low Calorie Soups | Sweet Potato Lentil Soup with Vegetables

Low calorie soups are great healthy lunch ideas. Lentil is great for thickening any type of soup or a stew. Add a sweet potato and the lentil soup becomes even better. Bacon and sausage add additional layer of flavor. Just a great hearty lentil soup with vegetables! Healthy and delicious, and did I mention quick and easy? ;)

Ingredients
- 1 slice of bacon
- 2 chicken sausage links (or any sausage you have available)
- 160 g of lentil
- 2 small tomatoes
- half large onion
- one large sweet potato (10 oz )
- 48 oz homemade chicken stock (recipe: https://youtu.be/F9xmWIVuVtQ)
(store bought is alright as well)
- carrots and celery from chicken stock - if you don't have it you can omit it
